they have developed imaginative menus based
on the latest Modern British food styles interlaced
with traditional favourites.
Dining -
Named after the river meandering through the
estate, the Bybrook Restaurant is an elegant
restaurant affording some of the finest views
across stunning gardens and woodland. If you
require Private Dining, we will style
it individually for you – personalised
menus for formal entertaining, intimate board
suppers, banqueting, dinner with friends, healthy
conscious, afternoon tea with the team or themed
parties.
Our extensive wine cellars are amply stocked
with carefully chosen wines from around the world and are the
ideal accompaniment to your dining experience. Each wine from
a list of over 220 is rather uniquely available by the glass.
