The Hoteles el Privilegio de Tena is located in the region of Aragon, in Northern Spain. This luxury hotel is set in the beautiful The Tena Valley. At a height of 1,224 metres, the town of Tramacastilla de Tena looks over a hillside that dominates the Tena Valley, right in the centre of the Aragonese Pyrenees to which one can gain access through Spain or France. The Axial Pyrenees rise behind it with Balaitus, Arriel, Musales, Picos del Infierno rising to over 3,000 m. Among their peaks one stumbles on the largest number of lakes in the Aragonese Pyrenees: Ibón de Tramacastilla, Respomuso, Tebarray, Ibonciecho and Ibones de Anayet to name just a few. Thanks to its ideal location visitor can take part in various sports and including water, adventure, environmental activities and tourist and cultural visits.
The Privilegio de Tena Hotel dates back to the ancient sturdy walls of an abbey built in 1470, which were subsequently employed to construct an ancestral house, integrated and designed to comply with the Pyrenean architecture. The facilities are our exclusive luxury hotel were extended at the end of 2003, with the construction of a new building that respects the interior and exterior balance, considering all aspects from quality materials, functional designs and light aesthetics, to modern decoration. The facilities have been designed to offer you an exclusive space equipped with the maximum qualities on equipment and service.

The hote offers luxury accommodation and each room has been designed with a cared selection of textures, colours and sensations, spired in the natural scenery of our setting. A great large window bring us over the benefits of the daylight the warm of the dusk or the withdrawal at night while we enjoyed a beam of spurts jets in the swimming pool, we relaxed with the chromatic game of its waters or we rested on thermic easy chairs after a cheering thermal route.
The bare stonewalls or the loft ceilings add a rustic touch to some of the rooms (Abbey building on the left wing of the premises), which blend easily with the modern décor. Textures and colour shades mix together beautifully with the interior architecture and the nature outside guaranteeing a welcoming stay to any one.
The furniture of the hotel combines the rustic style with a modern design as well as a feeling of warmth and simplicity making the best of the interior and exterior lights thus, balancing the functionality and comfort in the private and communal areas. A joy to the senses … enjoy the view over the Búbal reservoir from the main living room sitting in the Maceda armchair, created by designer Jorge Varela, or the natural majesty of Peña Telera, from the Jacuzzi integrated in the living-room. Lighting relies on models Meloneras and Jasone, Julieta and Petite, by designers Miguel Ángel Ciganda, Manel Ibargüengoitia and Miguel Herranz, respectively. |
