This exclusive luxury house sleeps up to ten people in five spacious and wellappointed bedrooms. The house has wonderful views across and down the river Teviot, which is close enough for for you and your guests to spot salmon running up the river, otters, herons, oystercatchers and numerous river dwellers also can often be viewed from the balcony.
The sitting-room is a great place to relax and unwind after a day out shooting, fishing, biking, hiking, horse-riding or just sight-seeing ... there's plenty to do in the Scottish Borders, and you can't let your holiday go by without exploring at least some of the historic castles, stately homes or nature reserves that this beautiful corner of Scotland is home to.
The communal living area opens onto a deck over-looking a secluded stretch of the river, and the house itself sits at the end of a rural driveway, so you are guaranteed to be free of intrusions or interruptions, in an environment well suited to creative writing, team-building or project planning. The property has a large well equipped kitchen.

The nearest international airports are Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
