What is a Private & Exclusive Venue? A Private and Exclusive venue is any property that can be hired
for "Exclusive
Use". The property does not necessarily have to be only for "Exclusive
Use", but it must be able to be closed
off to the public completely for the required duration requested
by the client.
Alternatively, your property may offer a selection of Villas or Cottages
for example. They must be at the luxury end of
the market and are exclusive, and importantly, clients have
their own private space.
The final alternative is a small luxury venue which may be located in
a remote location, there may be a few other clients staying
at the property, but your venue offers a very discreet
stay for clients.
What Types of Property are Accepted? Whether you have a Villa, Hotel,
Stately Home, Manor, Lodge, Castle, Cottage, Luxury Yacht,
Chateau, or any property that can be described as "Private,
Exclusive, Unusual or Unique" and potential clients can stay
or use your venue for business or leisure.
How much does it Cost?
Visible Venues (the company that runs the "Private Venues"
website), charges a nominal annual fee. For this fee, your property
will be featured and will display your own contact details
(Address, Telephone, Fax, and your properties own Web Address).
You will also have an "Enquiry Form" on your property page.
All enquiries from this form will come direct to you. There
are NO Commission charges applicable for enquiries.
Does "Private Venues" perform in the Search Engines?
Yes. We always aim at Google, Yahoo and MSN as three main search
engines. We also carefully selected the main "Key Words/Phrases:
