Villa Milani is situated just 2 km from the centre of Spoleto and enjoys fabulous views of both the city and the Umbrian Valley. Built in 1880, the Villa was the country house of Giovanni Battista Milani, a well-known Roman architect of the early 1900s, who enlarged and furnished it in keeping with the classical and renaissance characteristics of the time as well as enriching it with his own refined taste and passion for ancient art. After a faithful restoration, in 2000 the Villa was transformed in a charming small hotel that awarded the status of "Residenza d'epoca" due to its historic interest and character.
