Ireland is a small island with a big heart.
The country is packed with delights that
visitors enjoy; the green countryside,
the friendly people, and the wonderful scenery,
and not forgetting the lure of the pub.
Ireland, like Scotland,
is indeed a green country (so much rainfall must
have its benefits), and the Irish people are
justifiably renowned for their friendliness and
outlook on life.
Although the history of Ireland has seen troubles
and turbulence, its people have always been associated
with a love of music and storytelling. Whether
enjoying a morning breakfast at a guest house
in Dublin, downing a pint or two in a pub in
Belfast, experiencing the local artists of Kerry
or Cork, or hiking along a seaside cliff on the
Dingle Peninsula, it is hard not to feel a part
of the dramatic culture of the country's people
and the rich history that is Ireland.
