This wonderful and quite unique "exclusive use manor house" is part of the 'Amazing Retreats' group and boasts uninterrupted views of the Norfolk coastline, Happisburgh Lighthouse and far reaching views over the countryside. The manor is approached via a long avenue of oak trees and immediately on arrival you are taken in by the huge character of the building and surrounding gardens.

Internally, the reception rooms are of a very good size with the dining room able to seat up to fourteen guests.
The morning room and sitting room are beautifully furnished and provide elegant but cosy surroundings. Externally, the gardens are well stocked with mixed shrubs and fruit trees and provide exceptional sea views. The house consists of six double rooms and five bathrooms. All bedrooms are beautifully furnished and some have wonderful views.
