A part of the Amazing Retreats group, Bath Lodge Castle is a spectacular Grade II listed former Lodge Gatehouse, the principle of six gate lodges leading to Farleigh House and one of the largest estates in England. The Castle, built in 1806 is situated just seven miles from the centre of the beautiful Georgian City of Bath and lies to the East of the village of Norton St Philip.
Exclusive Use Castle
Full of charm and original character, the exclusive use castle has recently been completely refurbished to an exceptionally high standard with respect to the original character and now offers totally unique accommodation made up of eight bedrooms. Outside, the 4 acres of gardens and woodland provide endless space for relaxation.
The castle makes an excellent venue for family gatherings, re-unions, or simply a group of friends to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Not only is Bath Lodge Castle fantastically positioned for visiting the Thermae Bath Spa, it is also close to numerous other visitor attractions such as Longleat, Stonehenge, Stourhead and Wells.
The Castle consists of nine double rooms and one single. All rooms are beautifully furnished and are in keeping with the traditions of the castle - some even have their own balcony. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Downstairs there is a fully fitted modern kitchen, Dining Room and Drawing Room with open fireplace. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
