The historic Hotel Kazbek is a luxury hotel near Dubrovnik in beautiful Croatia. The Kazbek villa was originally built in 1573 as a summer residence for the noble family Zamanja. The villa passed through various violent ages and it has now been lovingly renovated to the very highest standards. Overlooking the marina at Gruz Bay and 3 km northwest of Old City Dubrovnik, Kazbek's position is truly excellent.
Extensive refurbishment has seen the property regain its former glory becoming again a perfect private summer retreat for discerning guests. Combining the refined beauty of historical elegance with the convenience of modern life, Kazbek has the best of both worlds.

Your luxury accommodation at Hotel Kazbek provides from silk Persian rugs to sumptuous bathrobes, great thought has gone into guest's wellbeing. Kazbek contains 26 beds in 12 double rooms and one suite. All are of the highest standard and equipped with "smart room system" with air-conditioning, SAT & PAY TV, mini bar, wireless Internet and handmade high quality furniture.
The rooms blend the style of the past with the convenience of the new perfectly as each room has all the comforts guests have come to expect from a modern hotel. It is possible to rent an entire floor or even the entire castle if needed, whether it be for a celebration, family gathering, a small intimate wedding or meeting.
There is a lovely pool terrace area with jacuzzi, a sauna, fabulous indoor restaurant with curved stone walls and ceiling which specializes completely in Croatian delicacies and cuisine. There are also two outdoor restaurants and two bars and fully equipped conference room. A sailing boat Hallberg Rassy 53' for 12 people and a speedboat for 12 people are at the disposal of our guests.
The entire hotel is a totally smoke free zone. Kazbek also offers a high degree of privacy and customisable renting plans. It is possible to rent an entire floor or even the entire castle if needed. It is also possible to connect several rooms with one single entrance. Our aim is that our guests should not have the feeling of staying in a regular hotel, but more the feeling of staying at a renaissance castle with the services and privacy that comes with it.
